Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America, Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Payment is with order and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo Paypal. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Carriage is charged on all orders. All items are despatched by Royal Mail Signed for packet post unless the weight exceeds 2kgs when courier delivery will be use.

Delivery Schedule Order by 1.00pm (G.M.T.) and we will endeavour to despatch the same day (orders taken on the weekend will not be despatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays), subject to stock availability

All delivery charges shown are for Royal Mail Packet Post delivery of items in stock. All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales and within a maximum of 14 days.

Back Orders We endeavour to carry a large stock but regret that demands may mean that some items are temporarily out of stock.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Returns Policy i) You can return goods to us for any reason, for a period of up to 7 days from the date of delivery.

a) By Post/Carrier - You must pay the cost of returning goods to us by Post/Carrier.

You should address all returns by this method to:-

Returns Department, Craft Material Supplies, c/o 3 Viking House, Cheddar, Somerset, BS27 3EB.

All non-faulty goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition, and in our minimum sales quantity as displayed on the web site (ie a pack of 10 must be returned as 'a pack of 10')

On receipt of your returned goods, we will reimburse you the purchase price (*excluding shipping charges) within 30 days using the same credit/debit card that was used to pay for the goods.

You are responsible for the goods until they are received at our Cheddar address above. Goods that are lost or go missing during transit cannot be reimbursed. You should strongly consider using a Recorded (Signed For) service or Special Delivery to return goods. Remember, proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.

*For faulty items you will receive a full refund (incl carriage)
